Pricing is effective from 1 January 2025.

Clients are required to pay upfront and make their own claims following their session. Please check with your private health provider prior to commencing sessions to ensure you/your child are covered for speech pathology.

Chronic Disease Management plan. Speak to your GP to determine if you/your child are eligible for a referral for speech pathology under the Chronic Disease Management plan, that provides up to 5 subsidised sessions per year.

As a Non-Registered NDIS Provider we accept self managed and third party managed NDIS participants.
Funding
Payment
All assessment and therapy sessions within the clinic are to be paid for after each session, via direct debit or invoice. Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
Cancellation Policy
Clients unable to attend a scheduled appointment for any reason must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to appointment.
If notice is provided less than 48 hours prior, a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment fee is payable, including any travel conducted.
Failure to attend with no notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of your scheduled appointment fee, including any travel conducted.
Failure to attend/late cancellation of three consecutive appointments or three within three months, will result in the cancellation of all future appointments.
If the appointment can be filled, the cancellation fees will be waived.
